When do Market Orders ship?

Our Market Orders and/or all One-time Gift Boxes from our Collections page ship out within 4 business days from the time the order was placed. Ship out means the day/time it leaves the warehouse for delivery.

We ship out from New York. The further away, the longer the delivery will take, and depending on the road conditions our courier may encounter, it is typically 5 - 8 business days anywhere in the contiguous United States.

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, military mail centers, and other territories may take an additional five days or more for your package to arrive.

If your order is being sent to Canada or elsewhere outside of the US, shipping times will take an additional one to three weeks.
