Is COVID-19 causing Marketplace shipping delays?

As a result of COVID-19, some of our Marketplace vendors are experiencing shipping delays. Orders are taking a little longer to process and some packages may be delayed. Please know that our Marketplace vendors are working as quickly –and safely– as possible to fulfill orders for our customers.

When placing a Marketplace order you can find the most current shipment timeline information within the individual product listing by visiting the "Policies" section as highlighted in the example below:

Please keep in mind the USPS has reported some delivery delays, but this is beyond our control. Once you receive your tracking number via email you'll be able to keep an eye on your package and be alerted of any potential unforeseen delays.

**As of right now, Vegancuts subscription box purchases are not currently experiencing any added COVID-19 delays at our warehouse.
