Disputing a credit card charge?

Does your tracking number say "delivered" but you haven't received your box?

Do you not remember buying something from Vegancuts, yet there's a purchase on your bank statement?

Did your Subscription or Marketplace purchase arrive damaged?

If any of the above apply, or something about your order just isn't quite right, please write in to support@vegancuts.com. We're always happy to help and it's easier than opening a dispute with your credit card.

The dispute process is long, sometimes taking months before it can be resolved by Stripe and your bank. If you need a refund for a purchase that was lost or stolen, please let us know, we want to work with you to make things right!
