I'm glad you asked! We don't know why you'd ever want to stop the goodies from coming, but in case you need to take a break, it's now easier than ever. Please note that any changes in renewal status must be made before the 10th of the month when the renewal processes. Any changes made after the renewal has processed will go into effect for the next renewal. Refunds cannot be given for subscriptions canceled after a renewal has processed.
All subscriptions are recurring. You can pay for your subscription from month to month, or prepay for 3, 6 or 12 months at a time.
If you need to cancel the auto-renewal of your subscription, after checkout
- Log in to your account,
- On the subscription you'd like to set to non-renew, MENU (see image 1 below) it will expand and you'll see the option to Turn Off Auto-Renewal (see Image 2 below).
Once that's done, you'll get all the boxes you've already paid for (you will not receive a refund of any pre-paid months), but your subscription will not renew when it has ended.
