None of the products on Vegan Cuts are eligible for refunds including prepaid annual subscription plans to the Beauty Box, returns or exchanges as all sales are final. That being said, we don’t think it’s fair to you if a product is delivered damaged or spoiled, or lost in transit. If one of those things happens to your order, please write in to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll be happy to have the item in question reshipped if possible.
