Why didn't I receive this month's bonus product?

The bonus items are limited in number, are only open to customers who are subscribing for the very first time, and who are residents of the United States. We can’t offer the promotion to Canadian or International subscribers as there are often size and weight restrictions to the packages.

If you don’t qualify for the bonus gift, or you subscribed after we’d run out, don’t be sad! Each month we work to make the boxes bigger and better so you’ll always find something exciting in each box!
