Why didn't I receive this month's bonus product?

Bonus products are limited and number and might have certain restrictions such as only open to subscribers in the US or people subscribing for the first time. All restrictions will be listed on the offer page. We can’t always offer the promotion to Canadian or International subscribers as there are often size and weight restrictions to the packages.

If you don’t qualify for the bonus gift, or you subscribed after we’d run out, don’t be sad! Each month we work to make the boxes bigger and better so you’ll always find something exciting in each box!
