When do subscriptions ship? How long does shipping take?

We have two bulk shipment dates to ensure that you get your box as soon as possible"

1. The first batch of deliveries goes out by the 20th of the month. Included in this batch are all subscription orders purchased before the 10th of the same month (including renewing orders).
2. The second batch, for all orders purchased between the 10th of the month and the last day of the month, will ship by the 5th day of the next month.

We ship out from Brooklyn, New York. The further away, the longer the delivery will take, but it shouldn't be more than two weeks for anywhere in the U.S.

Canadian boxes typically arrive 2-3 weeks after the ship date.

International boxes may take up to 6 weeks to arrive but typically take around 3-4 weeks. 

No need to sit by the door and wait for the delivery, we'll email you a tracking number for reference. If you see that the tracking status is not updating, or for any other shipping concerns, please write to [e-mail]. We're more than happy to hear from you and lend a helping hand!

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, military mail centers, and other territories may take an additional five days or more for your package to arrive.

If your order is being sent to Canada or elsewhere outside of the US, shipping times will take an additional one to three weeks.
