My box arrived, but I had to pay customs/duty fees!

This happens very, very rarely because we weigh and label all of the boxes we send out properly. If for some reason custom/duty fees are charged, unfortunately, they'll be yours to cover.

If there was postage missing, that's a totally separate issue. Please e-mail support@vegancuts.com and include a picture of the charge to let us know what's happened!
