As soon as you place your order, it's shared with the vendor or it goes off to their fulfillment team so they can ship it as soon as possible!
If you notify us right away at email@example.com that you've input the incorrect address, we can try to get in touch with the vendor to see if they can change the address.
If your item is delivered and you notice through the tracking number that it went to the wrong address, please write to us. If it was a shipping mistake, we will be happy to have the item reshipped.
However, if you sent us the wrong shipping address we will not be able to reship the item free of cost. You'll have to order again. Sorry!
