Why is my box missing an item / doesn't look like other boxes?

Because our boxes are like snowflakes--no two of them are the same! Well, actually sometimes there are two or more different versions of the boxes. Rest assured that we always work hard to make each box of equal monetary value and awesomeness. We also sometimes offer special first-time subscriber bonus gifts to new subscribers. If you already have a subscription, you won’t be eligible for those.

A great way to tell if your box is missing an item is to check the product card that we include in every Snack and Beauty Box. If you were missing any of the items on your card AND we didn't include replacements for them, please email support@vegancuts.com and let us know! We'll be happy to add an extra surprise to your next box.
