I ordered a subscription box yesterday, but when I checked my account today, it says I have no subscriptions. What is happening?

Mmm...sounds to me like you might have two accounts. Here’s how that probably happened: There are two ways that you can access your Vegan Cuts account. You can log in through the website or you can connect using Facebook. If you log in through the website to create your subscription, but connect using Facebook to check on your account settings, you’ve created two accounts. One of them has your subscription and the other might have other orders. Please check both potential accounts to find your order.

 

There may be another reason you can't see your subscription! Be sure to look for Subscriptions under the "Subscription Boxes" heading in your account and Prepaid subscriptions under the "Prepaid Subscription" heading in your account!
