I placed an order, but now I can't see it in my account. Where is it?

There are two reasons you may be unable to see your order:

1. You might be looking in the wrong spot! Please be sure you're looking under "Order History" for Marketplace order, "Subscriptions" for Snack or Beauty Box Subscriptions and "Gift Subscriptions" for Gift Subscriptions!

2. You might have two accounts! 

Here’s how that could have happened: There are two ways that you can access your Vegan Cuts account. You can log in through the website or you can connect using Facebook. If you log in through the website to create your subscription, but connect using Facebook to check on your account settings, you’ve created two accounts. Please check both potential accounts to find your order.
