I haven't received an email to confirm you received my order. Did you get it?

To see if we have your order, log into your VeganCuts account, go to My Account > Order History to see your Marketplace purchases. (Subscriptions will be under "Subscription Boxes", prepaid subscriptions under "Prepaid Subscriptions" and ePurchases under "Downloads".)

If the order isn't in your Order History, it could either be that the purchase wasn't completed, that it was held by the bank or PayPal, or it could have been placed from a second account. To figure out if you have a second account, check out this FAQ.
